SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed and prepared within 1 to 3 business 
days after payment confirmation. You will receive a 
confirmation email as soon as your order has been shipped, 
including a tracking number so you can track your shipment 
at all times.

Delivery Times
Once your order leaves our warehouse, estimated delivery 
times are as follows:

- United States: 9 to 16 business days
- Canada: 9 to 16 business days
- Rest of the world: 7 to 15 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on 
location, transport conditions or exceptional 
circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout 
based on the destination and weight of your order.

- Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $35
- Standard shipping (under $35): calculated at checkout
- Express shipping available at checkout

During certain promotions, shipping may be free — please 
check the conditions applicable at the time of your 
purchase.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an 
email with your tracking number and a link to track your 
package in real time. If you have not received your order 
within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation, 
please contact us at info@smilery.co.

Delivery Address
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the 
delivery address provided is correct and complete. 
Smilery is not responsible for delays or losses caused by 
an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a 
package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, 
the customer will be responsible for the additional 
shipping costs to resend the order.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Smilery is not responsible for packages marked as 
"delivered" by the carrier but reported as missing by the 
customer. If your tracking shows the package was 
delivered but you did not receive it, please:

1. Check with your neighbors and household members
2. Look around your delivery location (porch, garage, 
   mailbox)
3. Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
4. Reach out to us at info@smilery.co — we'll do our best 
   to assist you

Customs and International Taxes
Orders destined outside the United States may be subject 
to customs duties, import taxes or customs fees in 
accordance with the legislation of the destination 
country. These additional costs are the responsibility of 
the customer and are not included in the product price or 
shipping costs.

Shipping Delays
While we work hard to ship orders on time, occasional 
delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, 
including but not limited to: weather conditions, carrier 
issues, customs processing, public holidays, or high 
order volume during promotional periods. We appreciate 
your patience and will keep you informed if any 
significant delays affect your order.
