We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days 
after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the 
same condition as when you received it — unused, with all 
sachets sealed, and in its original packaging. You will 
also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note that returns must be sent to the following 
address: [INSERT YOUR US RETURN ADDRESS]. If your return 
is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label 
along with instructions on how and where to send your 
package. Items returned without first requesting a return 
will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us 
immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you 
received the wrong item, so we can assess the situation 
and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, Smilery whitening strips 
cannot be returned once the outer box has been opened or 
any individual sachet has been unsealed. If the product 
is unused with the original box still sealed, it is 
eligible for return. We do not accept returns on sale 
items, promotional bundles, or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the 
item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a 
separate purchase for the new item.

60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you've used Smilery as directed for the full 21-day 
protocol and don't see visible whitening results, you may 
be eligible for our 60-day money-back guarantee. Please 
contact us at info@smilery.co with your order number and 
before/after photos to start the process.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected 
your return and let you know whether the refund has been 
approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded 
to your original payment method within 10 business days. 
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may 
take additional time to process the refund. If more than 
15 business days have passed since your return was
